Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States, as well as the following international countries: Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, and the UK.

Processing Time

Orders are packed with care and ship within 2 to 4 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing time.

If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly.


Shipping Costs

  • United States: All U.S. orders ship free, with no minimum purchase required.

  • International orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Please note that international shipping fees do not include VAT, customs duties, or import taxes.


International Taxes & Fees

International orders may be subject to VAT, GST, customs duties, or handling fees required by your country. These charges are set by local authorities, are outside of our control, and are not included in the shipping cost or item price.

Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are typically collected by the local postal service or customs office before delivery.

 


Shipping Methods

We use a variety of trusted carriers to deliver your order. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships.


Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: Delivery times vary by destination and may take 1–4 weeks

Please note that customs processing and carrier delays are outside our control, but we’re always here to help if something goes wrong.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us and we’ll help troubleshoot and coordinate next steps.

For international shipments, delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately; we may be able to update it if your order hasn’t been processed yet.
