Returns & Exchanges
At this time, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll happily send a replacement.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at zabanak.kids@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- A brief note describing what happened
We’ll take care of the rest.
Order Issues
If your package shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us and we’ll help troubleshoot next steps.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled as long as they haven’t begun fulfillment. Please email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
